This species is a hybrid of two different Strawberry plants, one of which is originally from South America and one originally from North America.

 This white Strawberry plant flowers in May, the fruits appear in June. The first fruits are green and get over time, a beautiful, decorative white color with deep red seeds. Note: By means of pollination, there are becoming more fruits on the plant.

Additional advantage is that these birds don’t eat this fruit, because they think they are not yet ripe! They have a juicy sweet pineapple flavor.

Plant the strawberry plants not to deep. It prefers a sunny location. In the winter protect with straw or under glass. Very suitable for direct consumption or processing in b.v. a summer fruit salad.
